THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE POKHARA CHITWAN & LUMBINI
As part of this tour, we will be visiting the Chitwan National Park, home to hundreds of endangered animal and bird species, Pokhara, Nepal’s picturesque paradise and Lumbini, the Birthplace of Lord Buddha. Being among nature and appreciating all its beauty is the key in this trip for it was in the midst of nature that the Buddha found enlightenment. Watch animals in their habitats, stare at majestic mountains, and visit villages where man still lives in harmony with nature.
From Kathmandu, we will first drive down winding roads to Sauraha, gateway to the Chitwan National Park. There you will see several endangered animal and bird species. If you’re lucky, you may catch a glimpse of the Royal Bengal Tiger, undoubtedly the king of this jungle. Mingle with the local Tharu community and learn how they have coexisted with nature for hundreds of years.
The trip to Lumbini will engage not only your mind and body, but also your soul. Regard with reverence, the numerous shrines dedicated to the life of the Buddha and see the eternal flame that symbolizes peace. Let the ambience soothe and relax you and experience true tranquility in this sanctuary for peace lovers.
The rest of your trip will be spent in Pokhara, Nepal’s scenic haven. Take advantage of all that this unique city has to offer. Visit the holy sites and take the children boating on Phewa Lake. Indulge your adventurous side or enjoy a lazy afternoon stroll around the Old City. As you stand, awestruck by the behemoths, Machhapuuchhre and Annapurna, open your mind to a spiritual journey that will help you understand your significance in the universe. We hope you leave with an understanding of the importance of living in harmony with nature.

Early in the morning after breakfast we will take flight to Bhairahawa, where our represntative will pick you and transfer to the hotel, where you can check in and freshen up at the hotel. Then we will take a trip to Lumbini, one that will open your mind, body and soul to a whole different experience as you visit the land where the Buddha was born. Feel free to experience the rest of the Buddhist shrines and return to your hotel at your convenience.(Breakfast will be provided. Overnight at the Hotel)

After breakfast sightseeing of Lumbini for 3/4 hours and then we drive to Chitwan. Expect to arrive by mid-afternoon. Take your time to check-in and freshen up. add Day 03:
After an early morning wakeup call with tea/coffee, you will take a bird-watching tour before returning to the hotel for breakfast. After a short rest you will visit the elephant breeding center and stable. After the jungle activities, we will drive to Pokhara, upon reaching at Pokhara, check in to the hotel and overnight at the hotel.
Attractions of the day include a canoe ride on the Rapti River and a 2 hour elephant safari at the Chitwan National Park where you will get to see over many species of mammals. (Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. Overnight at the hotel)

After breakfast we will take the local express bus for a 6 hour drive to the scenic city of Pokhara. Upon arrival check into the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day as you please. You will see that it has rightfully been called ‘one of the most beautiful places on earth’.
This two day will be dedicated to soaking up all that this magnificent city has to offer. After breakfast, we will take you on a sightseeing tour of Pokhara which will include the city’s main attractions such as the Bindhabasini Temple, Davi’s fall, Gupteswor cave, Fewa Lake, Mahendra Bridge, Mahendra Cave and Bat cave. Don’t forget to enjoy the local cuisine especially fish cooked in a variety of styles. (Breakfast provided. Overnight at the hotel)

After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival pick up from airport and transfer to the hotel.
